HR Manager – Generalist (Taiwan)

About the role

The HR Manager/Generalist will partner with the in‑country GOS HR Business Partner and local GOS business in Taiwan to deliver HR processes and activities that align with Cushman & Wakefield’s people priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full HR support and advisory services to the country GOS business.
• Assist in process improvement and drive innovative HR solutions.
• Administer compensation and benefits processes, including bonus and salary reviews.
• Support delivery of training programs, especially performance management, bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination training.
• Manage the entire payroll process through an outsourced vendor, ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll.
• Reconcile payroll records and maintain accurate data in the HRIS.
• Handle government‑related reimbursements such as childcare, maternity, and reservist pay.
• Partner with HR Business Partners for seamless hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition using Workday.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interviewing, contract administration, and orientation.
• Maintain a diverse talent pool and support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and business leaders.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
