Field Service Representative – Taiwan

About the role

The Taiwan Field Service Representative (FSR) provides on‑site operational, technical and customer support for Shield AI’s V‑BAT unmanned aircraft system. Acting as the primary interface with customers, the FSR ensures safe flight operations, mission success and builds long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support aircraft operations and maintenance, delivering hands‑on assistance during flight missions.
• Conduct customer training and technical troubleshooting, coordinating with Engineering, Fleet Support, Program Management, Security and Deployed Operations.
• Mentor operators and maintainers, assist with training events and ensure customers can safely and effectively operate the V‑BAT system.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers to guarantee mission success and high‑quality support.
