Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will be the primary point of control for assigned properties, overseeing a team of internal staff and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of facilities services. This role acts as the on‑site liaison for clients and key stakeholders, driving operational excellence and compliance across all aspects of facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people management, including supervision of JLL personnel, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure HSE compliance, conduct regular audits, inspections, and enforce a zero‑harm safety culture.
• Manage contractual obligations, procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee residential property management activities and coordinate landlord compliance checks.
• Maintain statutory compliance for fire, electrical, gas, seismic, and other safety systems.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for facilities operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractual relationships effectively.
