Job description
职位概况
安永在新竹招聘永續顧問/資深顧問，協助企業制定與落實ESG策略，提升永續管理與報告品質。
主要职责
- 協助製作規劃提案與永續教育訓練簡報。
- 制定永續策略、優化永續管理機制與文化建設。
- 導入國際永續準則（GRI、TCFD、SASB、RBA、SBTi、赤道原則等）。
- 建立永續供應鏈與ESG管理程序，編撰ESG報告書。
- 參與新服務開發與方法論研發，支援部門行政與行銷活動。
任职要求
- 具備團隊合作與良好溝通能力，對永續發展/ESG議題熱忱。
- 能獨立作業，具專案管理與資訊分析撰寫報告能力。
- 熟悉或願意學習企業永續優化、再生能源法規與趨勢。
- 具相關證照或實務經驗者佳（如TCFD、ISO等）。
必备技能
- GRI、TCFD、SASB、RBA、SBTi、赤道原則、責任投資原則、責任保險原則、責任銀行原則、機構投資人盡責守則。
- 永續供應鏈管理、碳策略分析、CDP、TNFD、SROI、EcoVadis、人權盡職調查、PRI、PSI、PRB、DJSI、MSCI。
- ISO或相關永續管理系統、內部碳定價。
