主要职责
- 制定并执行团队技术方向，构建高可靠性的 AI 增强产品。
- 在团队内部倡导 AI‑first 文化，挖掘创新机会并推动实验。
- 协调跨部门资源，确保项目按业务需求交付。
- 理解公司业务目标，将其转化为团队执行计划。
- 招聘并培养具备 AI 学习心态的成员，提升团队整体能力。
任职要求
- 具备自学能力，拥有变革管理及技术转型经验，能够推动 AI 采纳。
- 能够组建、培训、指导团队，促进 AI 能力发展。
- 熟悉软件或云服务开发流程、质量保证及高效交付。
- 以客户成功为导向，善于使用数据和指标支撑决策。
- 具备项目风险识别与管理能力，能够制定应对方案。
