Director of Market Access – Taiwan

About the role

The Head of Market Access in Taiwan will lead efforts to secure patient access to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine therapies. This senior position combines pricing, reimbursement, health‑economics, and evidence‑generation responsibilities while shaping the overall market‑access strategy for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies for new products, indications and existing assets.
• Lead reimbursement planning, submissions and payer‑engagement activities to ensure timely patient access.
• Oversee creation of value dossiers, economic models, budget impact analyses and reimbursement submissions.
• Manage product pricing and reimbursement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide strategic oversight for health‑economics, outcomes research, real‑world evidence and other evidence‑generation activities.
• Identify local evidence needs and integrate them into an integrated evidence package.
• Build and develop the Market Access team, contribute to business strategy and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and industry associations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading market access functions within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, health‑economics and evidence‑generation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with payers, health authorities and other external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to align market‑access strategies with portfolio priorities and launch plans.
