Data Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Data Team Lead to manage end‑to‑end delivery of data management services for single‑ and multi‑service clinical projects. The role provides technical expertise, project leadership and ensures high‑quality deliverables on time, within budget and to sponsor satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Gather study set‑up requirements through stakeholder discussions and define data management plans.
• Oversee validation of new device integrations and perform regular data‑cleaning activities to ensure data quality.
• Track project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal study meetings, sponsor audits and study kick‑off sessions.
• Support training of new joiners and mentor the Data Management team.
• Collaborate with programming teams on process innovation, automation and new technology implementation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, trainings and maintain core operating procedures.
• Communicate with line manager and cross‑functional teams to align deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences or related field.
• 3‑4 years of direct Data Management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• Fluent spoken English and advanced written English.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
