Consultant, Client Training and Education

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Consultant to join its Client Training & Education (CTE) team. In this role you will design, develop, and deliver eLearning and virtual training programs that help global financial institutions and merchants adopt Mastercard platforms and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality eLearning courses and virtual training modules for strategically important clients.
• Gather information from multiple sources, analyse it, and create effective training materials.
• Apply a range of eLearning techniques to construct lessons, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Present draft content to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and finalise training deliverables.
• Plan, organise, and manage your workload to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Extract intellectual capital from engagements and share tools, methods, and best practices across projects.

Required profile

• Motivated by creating new eLearning content and delivering impactful training.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate and triangulate information.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in payments industry and desire to contribute to a world beyond cash.
