Consultant, Client Training and Education

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Consultant to join its Client Training and Education (CTE) team. You will help design, develop and deliver eLearning and virtual training programs for globally‑strategic financial institution and merchant clients, ensuring they can adopt Mastercard platforms efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality eLearning courses and virtual training materials for large, strategic clients.
• Gather information from multiple sources, analyse it and translate insights into effective training content.
• Apply a range of eLearning and virtual training techniques to construct lessons and resources.
• Structure and prepare training courses, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Present draft content to key stakeholders, incorporate feedback and finalize materials.
• Plan, organise and manage your workload to meet project budgets and timelines.
• Extract intellectual capital from engagements and share tools, methods and best practices across projects.
• Build and maintain a network of internal contacts across Mastercard.

Required profile

• Motivated to create new eLearning content and deliver impactful training.
• Strong analytical skills to collate and triangulate information.
• Ability to manage time and effort effectively within project constraints.
• Proactive in sharing knowledge and developing best‑practice tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
