Account Executive – B2B SaaS Solutions

About the role

Join goFLUENT Taiwan as an Account Executive, driving growth of our SaaS language‑learning solutions for corporate clients. You will work in a fast‑moving environment that blends startup agility with the backing of a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients, tailor solutions to their needs and secure long‑term partnerships.
• Understand customers’ language‑learning challenges and demonstrate how goFLUENT’s platform can improve business outcomes.
• Develop compelling proposals and business cases that highlight the value of our solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close deals, create new opportunities and drive expansion.
• Represent goFLUENT at industry events and exhibitions across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR solutions, recruitment, enterprise SaaS or professional services.
• Native Mandarin speaker with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Effective presenter and negotiator, capable of delivering persuasive proposals.
• Team‑oriented, thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Active on LinkedIn and other social platforms for networking and business development.
