Customer Success Partner – North Region

About the role

Roche is looking for a Customer Success Partner to lead sales and customer experience for clinical laboratories in the North region of Taiwan. You will work closely with internal teams and external distributors to grow the Roche portfolio, which includes clinical chemistry, immunology, lab automation, molecular diagnostics and sequencing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
• Build long‑term, value‑based relationships with laboratory customers, uncovering changing needs and proposing innovative solutions.
• Manage key accounts through structured analysis, planning and governance, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring compliance with Roche’s commercial policies.
• Partner with functional groups to address customer requirements, improve service delivery and achieve high customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Good compliance track record with no material violations in the past five years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry or a related field.
• At least three years of commercial experience in a hospital or laboratory environment, including distributor and key‑account management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in native Mandarin and intermediate English.
• Proven leadership abilities, agile working experience and comfort operating in a matrix organization.
