Sales Representative / Sr. Sales Specialist – Rheumatology & Immunology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Sales Representative / Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth for its Rheumatology and Immunology business unit in the North region. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality products and services, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve consistent sales results by providing quality products and service.
• Analyze territory and market potential, track sales status, and develop a forecast‑approved sales plan.
• Implement product sales strategies and use selling skills to meet customer needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Collect market intelligence, provide feedback to management, and ensure compliance with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate territory and customer records and attend regular departmental meetings.
• Understand and apply product, disease, and market knowledge to address customer needs.
• Use Challenger skills to influence opinions, resolve conflicts, and deliver results.
• Plan and execute a flexible 90‑day territory management plan, using SFE tools to capture and analyze customer data.
