Regional Officer/Manager – Overseas Education

About the role

The Regional Officer/Manager will act as the key liaison between field offices, franchisees, channel partners and the headquarters, ensuring consistent service quality for students across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full student journey from walk‑in to conversion across all field offices in the region.
• Meet regional student conversion targets and establish new channel partnerships.
• Travel extensively to major cities and towns to generate business and support field offices.
• Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate with Business Units and Subject Matter Experts to provide necessary knowledge and support.
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Report performance to senior leadership and align operational frameworks with headquarters.

• Strong travel willingness and ability to work across multiple locations.
• Sales‑focused mindset with experience managing regional teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business models in education services.
• Ability to train and coach student‑facing staff.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external partners.
