Project Manager – HVAC & Building Services (BAS)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC, building services, and Building Management System (BMS) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and meet all contractual, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader for HVAC, building services, and BMS projects from tender through commissioning.
• Develop and control project schedules, resources, risk registers, and recovery plans.
• Manage project scope, cost, billing, cash flow, and profitability, providing accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement, equipment selection, material ordering, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure site execution complies with specifications, safety standards, local codes, and quality requirements.
• Lead stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Establish SOPs, cost estimation standards, and best practices for HVAC/BMS projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8‑10 years of experience managing HVAC/building services projects, including senior BMS‑focused roles.
• Proven track record of full‑project lifecycle management, from tendering to handover.
• Strong knowledge of local and international building services codes and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
