Manager – Transfer Solutions (Cross Border Payments)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager – Transfer Solutions to lead the commercialization and go‑to‑market execution of its Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send offerings in Taiwan. You will work closely with regional, global and market teams to expand the Transfer Solutions portfolio across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Taiwan’s commercialization strategy, including market sizing and use‑case analysis, in partnership with the Greater China business development lead.
• Design a product suite that addresses the money‑movement pain points of banks, NBFIs and merchants.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth for Transfer Solutions services.
• Prospect and contract banks and NBFIs, coordinating with product development, operations, technology, legal, finance and market teams.
• Identify key consumer use cases, conduct research and partner interviews, and evolve the value proposition.
• Structure deals with key distribution partners.
• Own account‑level P&L, including pricing, yield and corridor optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product commercialization and sales within payments or fintech.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing P&L.
• Ability to work with banks, NBFIs and merchant partners across multiple functions.
• Analytical mindset for market sizing, use‑case identification and pricing optimization.
