Key Account Manager – Imaging & Guided Therapy

About the role

Join Philips Health System Taiwan as a Key Account Manager focused on imaging and imaging‑guided therapy solutions. You will be the primary contact for strategic customer accounts, driving sales growth in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customer accounts across the Philips product portfolio.
• Develop and execute tactical account plans aligned with regional strategy, and maintain the sales funnel in SFDC.
• Achieve budgeted sales volumes, pricing, profit margins and accurate sales forecasts for assigned customers.
• Coordinate internal and external resources—including sales specialists, clinical application experts, project managers, marketing and customer service—to meet account objectives.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of local marketing strategies.
• Analyse and report sales results, market trends, competition and forecast expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare or medical‑device industry.
• Strong execution capability and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluent oral and written English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) for funnel and order management.
