About the role
AVEVA is seeking an Account Manager to lead direct sales with strategic customers in Taiwan across manufacturing, power & utilities, and EPC sectors. You will develop large software opportunities, expand AVEVA’s footprint, and build long‑term relationships with owner/operator customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and quota for strategic accounts.
- Drive direct engagement with manufacturing, power utilities and EPC customers.
- Build and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify and close complex, high‑value software opportunities.
- Develop executive‑level relationships within key accounts.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams on large pursuits.
- Leverage AVEVA partner ecosystem to support growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Deliver presentations and solution positioning to senior stakeholders.
- Manage customer escalations and support deal execution.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of enterprise direct sales experience.
- Proven track record in complex solution selling.
- Experience selling to owner/operator customers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute account strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably engineering, industrial or technical background.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency.
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC sales methodology.
