Account Executive (B2B Sales)

About the role

UPS is seeking an Account Executive to develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on generating new business, retaining existing customers, and delivering UPS logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Initiate contact via phone or email, gather initial information, and schedule appointments.
• Analyze customer requirements and present appropriate UPS services.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring retention and deeper penetration.
• Handle client issues, provide problem resolution, and manage the sales cycle.
• Track sales performance through reports and internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet local age and operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Flexibility to work shift hours up to five days per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
