About the role
DBS Consumer Banking Group, a leading bank in Asia, offers a full spectrum of financial products. As a Telemarketing Officer you will promote personal loan and unsecured card products to high‑quality DBS card holders, delivering professional financial advice and contributing to the bank’s performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote personal loan products by telephone to high‑quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to meet performance targets.
- Provide feedback on status and suggestions to the supervisor.
- Respond to and handle customer issues related to personal loan business.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Basic telephone handling skills with clear articulation.
- Strong learning spirit and ability to work under performance pressure.
- Positive attitude, ambitious and aspiring to become a full‑scale telemarketing specialist.
