职位概况
负责日本市场的全渠道行销，推动品牌曝光、流量与转化，主导营销漏斗全流程。
主要职责
- 策划并产出社群内容，管理 IG、Threads、小红书等平台。
- 监测广告成效，优化投放策略并制作广告素材。
- 对接 KOC/KOL，沟通内容方向确保符合品牌目标。
- 与实习生合作经营部落格，提升 SEO 与 GEO 曝光。
- 运营站内 CRM 系统及工具，提升站内转化率。
- 支援季度性线上/线下活动，可能涉及海外出差。
- 参与 AI 自动化工具导入项目，提供日本市场需求。
任职要求
- 具备 2–3 年以上品牌行销经验。
- 商用日文听说读写能力（N1 或同等），中文母语，英文可作工作沟通。
- 能够独立推动项目，具备跨部门协作与沟通能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉社群平台内容策划与运营。
- 具备广告投放监测与优化经验。
- 了解 CRM/MA 工具使用与数据解读。
- 能够使用 AI 工具（Gemini Pro、n8n）提升工作效率。
