Senior DevOps Engineer – Diagnostics & Service

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer – Diagnostics & Service, you will improve how Customer Support diagnoses and resolves complex equipment issues. You will combine service‑engineering knowledge with Python and DevOps skills to develop diagnostic, automation, and data tools that help engineers work faster and more consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support complex technical problem solving and service escalations.
• Analyze equipment, diagnostic, process, and machine‑data information.
• Develop and maintain internal diagnostic, automation, monitoring, and data tools.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, integrations, and diagnostic workflows.
• Apply DevOps practices such as version control, testing, CI/CD, release management, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Train and coach engineers on diagnostics, technical problem solving, and digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in technical engineering, equipment support, diagnostics, automation, or Customer Support within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a cross‑functional or matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
