Production Manager (m/f/d) – Hsinchu, Taiwan

About the role

As a Production Manager at SUSS MicroTec in Hsinchu, you will lead the manufacturing team responsible for delivering high‑precision microchip equipment. Your focus will be on ensuring on‑time, high‑quality output while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the manufacturing team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate resources, including manpower, tools, and materials, to align with the production schedule.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversee process improvement projects, addressing technical and procedural issues.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, report system issues, and support corrective actions.
• Manage capacity resource planning (CRP) for mid‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
• Control machine costs by monitoring labor hours and tool usage.
