Retail Make‑up Artist – In‑Store Beauty Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Make‑up Artist you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers, support in‑store events and help maintain high visual‑merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised make‑up consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on product use and beauty techniques.
• Assist with in‑store events and promotional activities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software and handle transactions.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Required profile

• Certification in make‑up artistry or demonstrable amateur‑level expertise.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Willingness to work retail schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale systems (preferred).
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
