Retail Artist – In‑Store Make‑up Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Artist you will combine creative and technical make‑up expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will work alongside a high‑performing team to support events, educate customers on product use, and maintain visual‑merchandising standards that set the store apart.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized make‑up consultations, demonstrations and product education to customers.
• Assist with in‑store events, promotions and special occasions to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness of makeup stations.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software for transactions, inventory management and reporting.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in make‑up artistry (certification or relevant experience preferred).
