About the role

This program seeks experienced professors and senior researchers to provide paid, one‑to‑one online mentoring to academics, clinicians, and researchers worldwide. The role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling so you can support scholars across different time zones while contributing to high‑impact scholarly work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one online mentoring sessions on research methodology, scholarly communication, and publication strategies tailored to your expertise.
• Review participants’ manuscripts, provide annotated corrections and constructive feedback to improve research quality and writing.
• Advise on study design, data interpretation, and appropriate methodological approaches.
• Support researchers in developing rigorous academic manuscripts for submission to indexed journals.

Required profile

• Professors or senior researchers with a strong academic record.
• At least five first‑author or corresponding‑author papers published in SCI/SCIE, SSCI, or A&HCI indexed journals within the last three years.
• Demonstrated experience in academic mentoring, manuscript review, or research training.
