Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Tainan City, you will be responsible for the upkeep of small to medium‑sized buildings and their mechanical, electrical and other systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues and support energy‑efficient operation of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential problems and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, climbing ladders and lifting loads of 50 lb or more.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow standard work routines.
• Strong organizational mindset.
