Head of Healthcare Transformation

About the role

The Head of Healthcare Transformation will lead Roche Diagnostics’ efforts to bring innovative diagnostic solutions to market in Taiwan. Reporting to senior leadership, you will integrate clinical evidence, market access, and policy advocacy to ensure new tests achieve clinical acceptance, reimbursement and sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated medical, market access and policy strategy aligned with global guidelines and local business objectives.
• Generate and disseminate scientific evidence, building relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions.
• Analyse and shape healthcare pathways and public policy to create robust partnerships and modernise the local diagnostic landscape.
• Identify emerging business opportunities, lead launch programs and ensure long‑term availability of breakthrough diagnostics.
• Collaborate with the RD Taiwan Leadership Team to drive customer‑centric, high‑performing teams and uphold Roche’s purpose and values.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics or related medical affairs within Taiwan.
• Deep understanding of clinical evidence generation, market access, reimbursement and health policy.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate vision into disciplined, high‑impact strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing internal and external partners.
