WordPress Website Specialist – Development, Content & Design

About the role

WEROCK Technologies GmbH is expanding its Taiwan branch and seeks a versatile WordPress Website Specialist. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving the company’s multilingual website, handling both technical and visual aspects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Complete, maintain, and continuously improve the German and English WordPress sites.
• Develop, debug, and maintain custom WordPress plugins, functions, and integrations.
• Enhance FluentCart features, B2B pricing, partner portal, and API/webhook connections.
• Work with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress hooks, Kadence, and Gutenberg to build responsive pages and reusable components.
• Create and manage product, category, landing, and industry pages, as well as multilingual content.
• Structure and publish texts, specifications, images, downloads, links, and forms.
• Design graphics, banners, icons, and simple infographics; edit and optimise product images.
• Improve visual consistency, usability, performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Test new functions across devices and browsers and document technical processes.

Required profile

• Practical experience developing and maintaining professional WordPress websites.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently on a multilingual site and handle German content provided by the German team.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for code quality, including AI‑generated code.
