Web Developer (Fintech Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Website Developer to build and maintain the digital face of a financial platform and several third‑party platforms. You will create secure, high‑performance, accessible web applications that handle sensitive client data while collaborating closely with designers and back‑end teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high‑quality, reusable code and component libraries.
• Implement complex business logic for account opening, KYC/AML onboarding, payment processing and account management.
• Integrate third‑party financial APIs (e.g., Plaid, Stripe) and ensure strict security compliance (OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests, and monitor Core Web Vitals.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews and architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑3+ years of experience as a Front‑end or Full‑Stack Developer, preferably in fintech or high‑security projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and work across multiple local markets.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• React.js (or Vue/Angular) and state‑management libraries (Redux, Zustand)
• RESTful API consumption and asynchronous data handling
• Git version control (GitHub/GitLab)
• Web security best practices (CORS, CSP, XSS prevention, OWASP)
• OAuth, JWT, 2FA authentication flows
• Next.js or Nuxt.js for server‑side rendering
• Node.js or Python for backend‑for‑frontend logic
• D3.js, Chart.js for data visualization
• Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience
