Warehouse Operator – Inbound/Outbound & Kitting

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator you will support internal manufacturing customers by managing inbound, outbound and kitting activities, ensuring timely and accurate material flow within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound processes, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Apply space allocation plans and storage strategies under the guidance of the Cell Leader.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory with SAP.
• Operate forklifts to handle pallets, cartons and packing materials.
• Support production lines by supplying materials according to the production schedule.
• Maintain equipment, tools and waste disposal procedures.
• Collaborate with the STC warehouse and report warehouse metrics.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers.
• College degree or higher.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) with basic English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive and open to continuous improvement.
