Warehouse Handler

About the role

Join Vestas' Global Service Operations team in Taichung, Taiwan, supporting material delivery for large offshore wind projects. As a Warehouse Handler you will ensure smooth material flow, from receipt to site delivery, helping the project stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction site interactions related to material supply and prioritize critical orders.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and documentation of direct shipments.
• Evaluate and process material return requests from construction sites.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Project Management to provide proactive supply‑chain support.
• Track order statuses, communicate updates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Create purchase orders, process purchase requisitions, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify and expedite urgent material requirements independently.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute in a team environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Consistent, structured, detail‑oriented work style.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following standard processes.
