Warehouse Coordinator – South Hub

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator at the South Hub will oversee all inventory and material flow, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, safe handling of hazardous items, and timely shipping and receiving. This role supports the site manager and the SCRT team to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process paperwork related to inventory management and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct tool and inventory cycle counts in line with company policy.
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves or bins according to size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders and material movements as requested.
• Weigh, count and record material quantities for distribution, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manage the flow of tools, secure timely returns, and support tool calibration.
• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including priority orders.
• Inspect, weigh, load, document and transport hazardous materials and waste per policy.
• Validate orders for material consumption accuracy.
• Provide training on inventory practices to new and existing staff.
• Complete projects and tasks assigned by the site manager in coordination with the SCRT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability.
• Ability to work reliably in all weather conditions and wear required PPE.
• Willingness to obtain Vestas forklift certification and operate other MHE as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Forklift operation and other material‑handling equipment certification.
• Hazardous material handling and compliance knowledge.
• Kanban fulfillment practices.
• Fluent Mandarin communication.
