VP – Head of ETF Business Development (Taiwan)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its ETF business in Taiwan. Reporting to regional leadership, you will shape strategy, build relationships with brokers and institutional investors, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Taiwan territory in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and implement strategies to increase ETF AUM and market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory developments affecting ETFs.
• Organise educational programs, roadshows, and training sessions for brokers and institutional clients.
• Coordinate with product teams to support product development, approvals, and compliance with Taiwan’s regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the investment industry with strong ETF knowledge.
• At least 5 years of client‑facing or business‑development experience in a wholesale environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Local licensing requirements must be fulfilled.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of ETF structures, liquidity and trading mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially related to portfolio management, trading and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Strategic thinking, presentation and written communication proficiency.
