About the role

Join Amex GBT as a Travel Consultant, providing outstanding service to corporate business clients in Taiwan. You will advise and arrange travel, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, both individuals and groups.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, anticipating traveler needs and promoting additional services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations using GDS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide positive telephone service, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information.
• Team player open to feedback and capable of mentoring colleagues.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus) – training may be provided.
• Knowledge of travel industry practices, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.
