TOEIC English Coach – Remote (Taiwan)

About the role

We are building a new coaching team to deliver a TOEIC Listening & Reading preparation programme for corporate and adult learners in Taiwan. As a TOEIC English Coach you will conduct 25‑minute one‑to‑one online classes, guiding students through a structured 10‑class learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 25‑minute live 1‑to‑1 TOEIC Listening & Reading classes via Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct an initial needs‑analysis session and set individual score goals.
• Use mock‑test results to personalize coaching, focusing on weaknesses, timing strategies and test‑day techniques.
• Provide a brief feedback note after each session.
• Maintain weekly availability so students can book directly into your calendar.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Official TOEIC Listening & Reading score of 950 + or at least 2 years of TOEIC preparation teaching experience.
• Experience with high‑school, university or young‑professional learners is a plus.
• TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for online teaching.
