Technician

About the role

JLL is seeking a proactive Technician to support the upkeep of its buildings and facilities. You will ensure that mechanical, electrical, and safety systems operate reliably while contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems, including bulb replacement, socket repairs, and circuit‑breaker panel cleaning.
• Assist with the installation and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect fire and security alarm systems and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Carry out manual repairs such as lock fixing, window replacement, and general upkeep tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Manage annual fire‑safety reporting for multiple office locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and related building systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Good physical condition, manual dexterity and willingness to work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.
