Technical Trainer – Semiconductor Tools

About the role

Join the Global Technical Learning Center (GTLC) in Hsinchu to deliver specialized technical training on semiconductor equipment for new hires, professionals, and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Present technical training courses at GTLC, customer sites and internationally, managing classroom and lab activities to meet course objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, develop and update course materials, and certify trainees on multiple platforms and safety modules.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for training systems, ensuring safety retrofits and system functionality.
• Coach and mentor junior instructors, lead project teams, and support engineering and GPS documentation efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with semiconductor tools; hands‑on experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% internationally.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ALD, MDP, IMP, CMP, Etch, PDC or DDP (preferred).
• Knowledge of technical training and instructional design (ISD) processes.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, procedures and best‑known methods.
