Technical Product Support Engineer II – CMP

About the role

The Technical Product Support (TPS) Engineer II provides systems support for engineering applications and reliability labs, acting as a bridge between customers, factories, and field engineers. This full‑time position is based in Kaohsiung and involves significant travel to support beta sites and customer installations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs.
• Support engineering owners on projects with vendors or suppliers.
• Act as intermediary between customers and factories, delivering technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Deliver Beta Site Support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, software, or processes.
• Present system performance data, including uptime, MTBF, MTBI, availability, and equipment parameters.
• Generate documentation such as CENs and BKMs, and create/review technical improvement and upgrade plans.
