Talent Acquisition Partner – Regional Recruitment Lead

About the role

Isola, a global leader in materials science, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Taoyuan, Taiwan facility. The role will drive recruitment strategy and execution across the Asian region, partnering closely with business leaders to align hiring with workforce planning and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning across Asia.
• Advise hiring managers on role design, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies, providing market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment outcomes, including quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and candidate experience.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and university partnerships.
• Lead intake meetings, candidate calibration, and debrief discussions with hiring teams.
• Support regional employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across multiple Asian countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with regional scope.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with senior business leaders.
• Strong understanding of Asian labor markets and regulatory requirements.
