Supervisor, Business Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor, Business Intelligence to lead the design and delivery of data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision‑making across the organisation. The role will champion a data‑centric culture, work closely with business partners and drive the adoption of advanced analytics and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement BI strategies, tools and dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations to communicate data stories.
• Establish KPIs, reporting standards and measurement frameworks to track business performance.
• Analyse data, identify trends, patterns and correlations, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to align data initiatives with corporate goals and deliver analytical solutions.
• Support the rollout of advanced analytics and AI‑driven solutions, applying emerging technologies to improve reporting.
• Provide regular updates, anticipate challenges and proactively propose opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, tell data‑driven stories and influence decision‑making.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and promoting a data‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in statistical programming languages.
• Proficiency in data/scripting programming languages.
• Experience with business intelligence software.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques for deriving insights.
• Strong data storytelling and visualisation capabilities.
