About the role

As the Store Manager you will own the performance of a COS boutique, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a diverse team, balancing front‑of‑house energy with behind‑the‑scenes efficiency to make the store a destination customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by coaching the team to provide personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data, set targets and take ownership of the store’s commercial results.
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring a high‑performing workforce.
• Identify high‑potential talent and create tailored development plans.
• Oversee all store operations, including compliance, visual merchandising and operational efficiency.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating work environment where staff thrive.
