Stamping Production Operator

About the role

BizLink is looking for a diligent Stamping Production Operator to support daily stamping manufacturing operations. The role involves executing production tasks from product sampling through to packaging, while ensuring a well‑organized and safe workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform stamping operations, including product sampling, mass production, and packaging for inventory storage.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously improve operational skills.
• Manage receipt, distribution, and proper racking of stamping molds and production fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop by strictly applying 6S methodologies.
• Carry out additional operational tasks and ad‑hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in stamping or similar production environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, workplace safety, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Understanding of stamping production processes.
• Tooling handling and inventory management.
• Application of 6S methodology for workplace organization.
