职位概况
Coupang 正在招聘一名具备丰富企业 IT 维运经验的 Staff IT Operations Engineer，负责台北办公室的 IT 服务稳定运行，为高阶主管及全体员工提供技术支持。
主要职责
- 为英文使用者及高阶主管提供即时技术支援，处理复杂问题与升级案件。
- 管理 Windows、macOS、iOS、Android 终端设备的配置、更新与安全。
- 运营 Microsoft Intune、Jamf 等 MDM 平台，维护 Endpoint Protection 与防毒工具。
- 维护 Active Directory、Azure AD 等身份管理系统，处理账号生命周期与 SSO、MFA。
- 排除 LAN、Wi‑Fi、TCP/IP、Switch、Firewall 等网络故障。
- 管理硬件、软件及 AV 供应商，监督合约执行与 SLA。
- 分析 IT 流程瓶颈，编写 Runbook 与标准作业流程，推动流程优化项目。
- 协助本地 IT 项目规划与执行，确保按时交付。
任职要求
- 7 年以上 IT Operations、Helpdesk 或相关工程经验。
- 熟悉跨平台终端管理（Windows、macOS、iOS、Android）。
- 具备 Microsoft Intune、Jamf 等企业级 MDM 管理经验。
- 熟练使用 Active Directory、Azure AD、SSO、MFA 进行账号管理。
- 掌握 TCP/IP、Wi‑Fi、LAN、Routing 与 Switching 基础。
- 具备供应商管理与高阶主管技术支援经验。
- 中文、英文流利，能与全球团队有效沟通。
