Sr Manager, Product & Test Engineering - Power Modules

About the role

Analog Devices is looking for a Senior Manager, Product & Test Engineering to lead its advanced power module product lines (Si, SiC, GaN) in Taiwan. The role reports to the Head of Product & Test Engineering for Data Center & Energy and covers product engineering from New Product Introduction through high-volume manufacturing and sustaining. It involves managing a team of product and test engineers while staying hands-on on technical decisions, qualification strategies and key customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product engineering for power modules, including NPI, silicon readiness, WAT, PCNs, DFT and DFM, and quality improvement through PPM reduction
• Drive test methodologies such as adaptive testing, multi-site optimization and data-driven outlier screening, and manage test equipment vendors and OSAT partners
• Define DFT requirements, test yield programs (GRR, Cpk, STDF), and bench-to-ATE correlation for precision analog measurements
• Own manufacturability and assembly standards (IPC-A-610), resolve assembly excursions, and support the packaging roadmap
• Run qualification and reliability tests (HTRB, HAST, thermal cycling, HALT/HASS, burn-in) and apply design for reliability practices
• Serve as senior technical interface for strategic customers, lead technical escalations, and run program reviews and dashboards
• Build and develop a team of product engineers, set standards, plan headcount and champion continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Materials Science, Microelectronics or a related field
• Master's degree strongly preferred
