Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

In the CISO Office, we are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure development and operational practices across the organization. You will define and enhance company‑wide DevSecOps workflows, strengthen software supply‑chain security, and automate security controls so that security is embedded throughout the entire application lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, design, and implement organization‑wide DevSecOps standards, secure development workflows, and CI/CD security policies.
• Develop internal tooling and platform services to improve observability, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Drive cross‑team collaboration and enablement to promote secure engineering best practices.

Required profile

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
