About the role

The Senior Cloud Solution Architect acts as the voice of customers and partners, translating their challenges into industry‑leading cloud and AI solutions. The role drives seamless delivery, anticipates cross‑solution opportunities, and ensures operational excellence across the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver solutions following Microsoft methodologies, ensuring best‑practice patterns for complex customers and preparing them for operational readiness.
• Guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI‑enabled architectures that are cost‑ and performance‑optimized.
• Identify and pursue new cross‑solution opportunities for consumption, usage, and unified expansion at scale.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams, orchestrating virtual teams to address technical and business risks and accelerate solution deployment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to consult strategically with C‑level stakeholders, building trust and influencing architecture decisions.
• Experience leading virtual teams and mentoring peers in cloud and AI solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of change‑management practices to drive long‑term adoption and consumption.
