职位概况
重新检视 S&OP 运作方式，将需求与供应协调落实到出货与库存管理，深化跨部门整合能力，同时承担团队管理、3PL 合作与流程改善。
主要职责
- 管理供应链团队，明确工作分工与执行优先顺序，提升协作与问题处理能力。
- 统筹第三方物流（3PL）合作，追踪仓储与配送执行情况，协调处理交付异常。
- 重塑 S&OP 流程，改善需求、供应及库存信息的整合方式，建立清晰的协调与追踪机制。
- 协调供应、库存与出货安排，降低缺货、库存过高及交付延误风险。
任职要求
- 具备供应链团队管理经验，能够同时掌握规划与执行。
- 熟悉第三方物流管理，拥有物流异常协调与改进经验。
- 曾参与或主导 S&OP 流程的建立、调整或优化。
- 能够运用需求、库存与出货数据判断问题并提出可执行的改进方案。
- 英文流利，能够独立进行会议讨论与书面沟通。

- 年薪范围：TWD 3,000,000 以上（年薪）
- 主管层级的管理职责，主导 S&OP 流程重塑，整合 3PL、出货与库存管理。
