Solutions Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Solutions Architect to define target architectures for upgraded applications, platforms and database systems, and to guide migration strategies across its global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Define target architectures for upgraded applications, platforms and database systems.
• Guide migration strategy, deployment approaches and integration design.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Assess compatibility across systems, interfaces and data components.
• Support performance, reliability and stability considerations during migration.
• Prepare architectural documentation, guidelines and technical reference materials.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation recommendations while collaborating with business, development, testing and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in enterprise architecture or application/database migration.
• Strong understanding of integration models, system design principles and operational architecture.
• Ability to lead teams through complex technical transitions.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
