Software Engineer – Platform / DevOps / SRE

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer who will act as the technical foundation for our AIOps platform. In this hybrid Platform, DevOps and SRE role you will design, build and maintain high‑performance GPU‑enabled environments that support AI workloads at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, define specifications and manage delivery timelines for platform projects.
• Containerize AI management tools (e.g., NVIDIA Run:ai, Dynamo) and deploy them on Kubernetes and Slurm clusters.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and ensure high availability of GPU acceleration environments.
• Translate business requirements into integration specs, testing frameworks and architectural designs.
• Develop full‑stack features, APIs and database schemas, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design billing and metering logic, build real‑time cost dashboards and resolve FinOps anomalies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in platform engineering, SRE or DevOps for AI/HPC workloads.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and drive end‑to‑end project delivery.

Required skills

• Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools.
• HPC scheduling systems such as Slurm, Run:ai or similar.
• Programming languages: Python, Go, Node.js.
• Database design: SQL and NoSQL.
• API integration and development.
• GPU infrastructure monitoring and FinOps cost optimization.
