Software Engineer – C++ / C# / .NET (Test Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and maintain tools that automate test program generation and testing workflows. The role focuses on building scalable applications using C++, C#, and .NET technologies while integrating CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test program generation tools.
• Create and maintain test automation applications in C# and C++.
• Build scalable test plan workflows and robust software architectures.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for build, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate Git‑based version control into development processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to gather requirements and improve testing efficiency.
• Optimize software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution support.
• Work with SQL databases for application and workflow development.
• Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in C#, C++, VB, and the .NET Framework.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Experience with SQL databases and the full SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin proficiency and Taiwanese citizenship or permanent residency.
